Ask the average teenager if he or she would want to attend school in the United States and the answer would likely be in the affirmative. But not so for 17-year-old Winston Swaby who, after migrating to the US, returned to Jamaica to bag 12 Caribbean Secondary Education Certificate (CSEC) subjects in a single sitting without doing any extra classes.

This is an eventful year in the truest sense of the word, and we have learned from experience that in this year of Sessions-the year of change-it is easy to lose focus. All five Fields in Jamaica are now Conferences and by the middle of September all will have had their regular Session, beginning with North Jamaica Conference in January, and ending with North East Jamaica Conference in September.
